Our products are individually made or personalised according to the information, photographs, artwork or instructions you provide.Please check all names, dates, wording and other information carefully before approving a design or placing an order.Design proofs and approval
Where we provide a design proof, production will not begin until you have approved it.Your approval confirms that you are satisfied with the wording, spelling, dates, layout and other details shown in the proof.If we make an error that was not present in an approved proof, please contact us and we will work with you to put it right.Photographs and artwork
You must have the necessary rights or permission to provide any photographs, artwork, logos or other material you ask us to reproduce or engrave.By supplying material to us, you confirm that we may use it for the purpose of creating your order.
We reserve the right to refuse material that we reasonably believe would be unlawful to reproduce.Natural materials and engraving
Materials such as wood, leather and natural slate can vary in colour, grain, texture and surface appearance. These natural variations mean that individual products may not look identical to photographs or previous examples.Engraving can also vary slightly depending on the material and its natural characteristics. These variations are part of the nature of personalised and engraved products and are not necessarily defects.Prices and payment
The price of your order will be confirmed before you commit to purchase.Any additional costs, including delivery where applicable, will be made clear before your order is confirmed.Production may not begin until any payment we have agreed is due has been received.Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.Because many of our products are made to your specification or clearly personalised, the normal right to cancel a distance purchase simply because you have changed your mind may not apply once you order a personalised product.
